We understand that sometimes plans change. At PrimeKitchen, we offer a simple and transparent cancellation process for our customers.

🔄 Order Cancellation Before Shipping

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped, whichever comes first.
If your order has not been shipped yet, it will be cancelled immediately and a refund will be processed.

🚚 Order Cancellation After Shipping

Once the order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it.
You may wait for the package to arrive and request a replacement ONLY if:
The product is damaged
The product is defective
The product is different from what you ordered
(As per our Return & Replacement Policy)

💰 Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation is approved before shipping:
Prepaid Orders → Refund will be issued to the original payment method
COD Orders → Refund will be issued via UPI or bank transfer
Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days.

⚠️ Important Notes

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are packed and dispatched.
Providing incorrect address or not accepting COD delivery is considered order abandonment, not cancellation.
PrimeKitchen reserves the right to cancel orders in case of fraud, incorrect address, or system errors.
